Lesson 1: What Are Coaches Listening For?
Most of us listen to respond. Transformational coaches learn to listen at multiple levels simultaneously, to words, to what's underneath them, to what isn't being said at all. This lesson begins to rewire how you are present in every conversation you hold.
Lesson 2: Embodying the Coaching Mindset
Your inner state shapes every conversation before a single question is asked. This lesson explores what it means to coach from genuine presence rather than agenda, and why it changes everything.
Lesson 3: Language and Metaphor
The words a person chooses reveal exactly how they experience their world. This lesson explores how coaches listen for language and use metaphor to open perspectives that have been closed for years.

Why I built this course
