Awaken Coach Institute: MCC Certification Pathway Enrollment Agreement
Welcome to the MCC Certification Pathway at Awaken Coach Institute. This agreement outlines the policies, expectations, and commitments associated with your participation in this program, which includes both the MCC Community Membership and the in-person retreat in Goa. Please review this document carefully before signing.
Program Overview
This pathway provides a full 75 hours of ICF-accredited training to support your MCC credential application. It includes:
1. MCC Mentor Coaching Community Membership (Rolling entry)
Each month, for a total of five months, participants will have access to:

One 90-minute Group Mentor Coaching session

One 90-minute Group Supervision session

One 2-hour Observed Coaching Triad session

Three individual 1:1 Mentor Coaching sessions with a credentialed MCC coach (scheduled during the 5-month period)

Access to all regular Awaken community events: Skills Deepening, Business Masterminds, and Connection Circles
To receive certification, attendance at all group mentor coaching sessions and 1:1 mentor coaching sessions is mandatory and counts toward the required 10 ICF mentor coaching hours. Group supervision and observed coaching triads are also mandatory components of the 75 training hours. Awaken community events such as Skills Deepening, Business Masterminds, and Connection Circles are optional.
2. In-Person Retreat in Goa (January 26–30, 2026)

30 ICF-accredited contact hours delivered through immersive, retreat-based learning

Daily coaching practice, supervision, feedback, and spiritual integration

Opportunities for recording sessions in a supportive, live setting
Accommodation, flights, insurance and transfers between are not included
Certification Eligibility
Participants will receive a certificate of completion for 75 hours of ICF-accredited training after attending both the 5-month community membership and the full retreat. This certificate can be used to fulfill the training requirement in your MCC application.
Please note: You are responsible for ensuring you meet the ICF's other credential requirements (including 2,500 coaching hours, passing the ICF credentialing exam, and submitting two MCC-level coaching recordings. We do have a support package which can help you transcribe your recordings and support you in preparing your application).
Participation Requirements

Full attendance in all mandatory community sessions and retreat activities is required.

If you miss a required session, you may book a 1:1 makeup session with an MCC coach at $225/hour.

All participants are expected to actively engage in peer learning and to uphold the ICF Code of Ethics.

Observed coaching triads are confidential, and recordings may be used for ICF applications only with the consent of all parties involved.
Tuition & Payment
Full program cost: $8,900 (excluding accommodation, flights, insurance, and transfers)

Payment plans are available upon request.

Your investment in the MCC Community Membership will be deducted from the full certification price if you have already joined that pathway.

Tuition includes community access and the retreat program.

Accommodation, transfers, airfare and travel insurance are not included.
Refund Policy
Tuition is non-refundable but may be transferred to a future MCC Certification cohort within one year. Any request to defer must be made in writing.
GDPR & Confidentiality
By signing this agreement, you consent to Awaken storing and processing your data in accordance with GDPR. All recordings and personal information shared during this program will remain confidential unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Code of Conduct
Awaken fosters a supportive, non-judgmental learning space. You agree to show up with presence, respect, and care—for yourself, your peers, and the process. We reserve the right to remove any participant who breaches the ICF Code of Ethics or demonstrates harmful behaviour.
