The Awaken Community Coaches Membership is automatically open to all Awaken Alumni, as well as other coaches who share our values and philosophy, and who are interested in life-long learning.
If you're working towards achieving or maintaining your ICF credential and growing and developing yourself as a coach, this is your space.
This community is born from Christi's vision to create “communities of grace.”
Everyone who has graduated from the Awaken coaching programs is an exceptional listener.
We know how to listen to one another without judgment, and we embrace our differences – which is an incredible foundation from which to build communities of bravery, love, inclusion and belonging.
At Awaken, we believe that:
- True community is the answer to finding belonging
- Community creates a ripple effect of change - community at Awaken naturally propagates into stronger communities around the world
- If we want to create a world of grace and belonging, then community is the answer
When you graduate from Awaken, there’s a curiosity to meet others who share the same language and who share your values of trust, authenticity, bravery and love.
There's also a deep desire to stay connected with your cohorts, because you form deep connections from coaching one another on the course.
Our membership community is here to provide that for you.
It's a space for you to continue your learning, deepen your connections and find the support you need to develop your coaching practice and build your business.
What's Included In Your Coaches Community Membership?
For just $100 per month, your membership includes all of the following, which are also included in our standard community membership.
Monthly Events
Regular monthly events including listening circles, community-building conversations, guided meditations and more.
Coaching From Awaken Alumni
The opportunity to recieve coaching from our Awaken Alumni who are working towards gaining or maintaining their ICF credentials.
Online Community
Access to our exclusive, members only online community where you can connect deeply with Awaken faculty, alumni and fellow members.
Plus, as a member of our coaches community, you'll get everything you need to support you with gaining or maintaining your ICF credential
Business Masterminds
90-minute highly practical sessions covering everything alumni need to know about starting up, sustaining, and growing your coaching businesses.
You will receive a certificate for 1.5 hours of continuing education in Resource Development toward your ICF credential renewal for each session you attend.
Mentor Coaching
90-minute sessions delivered in a group with a maximum of 10 members per session. You will receive a certificate annually for all sessions you attend, up to 10 hours of mentor coaching per year.
The ICF allows up to 10 Core Competency hours of mentor coaching toward credential renewal or upgrade.
Coaching Supervision
60-minute sessions delivered in a group of up to 5 members. You will receive a certificate annually for all sessions you attend, up to 10 hours of coaching supervision per year.
The ICF allows up to 10 Core Competency hours of coaching supervision toward credential renewal or upgrade.
Peer-Led Coaching
You can both be coached by Awaken Alumni and gain valuable coaching experience by coaching fellow members of The Awaken Community.
Coaches can count all these hours as paid hours toward their ICF credential.

If you’ve been around Awaken for a while, you know that we stand for love, bravery, and depth of listening.
Love: By choosing to join this membership community, you’re signing up to hear other’s stories from a sacred space in your heart, and to share your journey with others. Anyone who's part of the Awaken community learns to speak truthfully from the heart.
Bravery: We expect depth, vulnerability, and healthy boundaries, and you’ll be learning more and more how to be that way. You can be fully "for" yourself without being "against" anyone else. We are all intrinsically valuable just because we're alive and human – so your perspective is worth hearing.
Depth: We want our behaviors to align with who we are at the depths of our spiritual being. That's a tall order, and you can count on the community being right by your side as we learn to be truly congruent people. It's deep stuff, and listening to you and hearing about your transformations is our utmost priority.
As the founder of this community, I promise the same – I will own my own stories and speak from my real, lived experience – all to serve you as you become who you want to be.
It's time to Awaken! You want to move toward love, depth of listening, trust and bravery, and spiritual alignment within yourself as you participate in our events, gatherings and discussions.
