About Clare Clare Norman is a Master Certified Coach (MCC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), a Mentor Coach, and a Certified Coach Supervisor. With over 25 years of experience, she has supported individuals, teams, and organisations to work more effectively by leading from presence, authenticity, and care. Clare holds a Master’s degree in Training and has received multiple awards for her ground-breaking work in leadership development.

Her purpose is to enable people to express their needs in service of a more caring world.
