This free mini-course is the first step on the Awaken journey. It's a genuine experience of our approach to transformation, whether you're exploring coach training, seeking deeper personal work, or simply curious about what makes Awaken Coach Institute different.
For years, I searched for coach training that didn't just teach skills. I wanted something that went to the depths. I wanted to understand how transformation actually works, not just how to facilitate a conversation.
What I discovered changed everything: Love itself is the foundation. Not your self-love (though that matters). Not your ability to be perfect (you don't have to be). But the Love that holds the whole universe, you, me, and everyone we walk alongside.
I created The Awaken Way as an invitation into this understanding. It's a free, 4-lesson journey through the labyrinth, a metaphor I return to again and again because it teaches us that there are no wrong turns, only meanders that are part of the pattern.
You'll walk the full labyrinth with me: the inward journey (shedding what's no longer true), the center (where you meet both the Minotaur and the River of Life), and the outward journey (where you return changed, ready to walk others home).

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to want to become a coach to take this course?
Not at all. While some people take this course as a first step toward coach training, many others are leaders, people in transition, Holy Rebellion readers, or anyone seeking deeper transformation. The course is about personal change first, coaching application second.
How long does the course take?
Each lesson is approximately 30 minutes. The full course is about 2 hours of self-paced content. You can complete it all in one sitting, or spread it over several days. We recommend giving yourself space to integrate between lessons.
What if I'm not religious or spiritual?
You don't need to identify with any particular faith tradition. The language we use (Love, the Path, the River) can be understood through whatever lens makes sense to you, whether that's God, nature, universal wisdom, or simply the reality that we're held by something larger than ourselves.
What happens after I complete the course?
At the end of Lesson 4, you'll see three possible paths forward: coach training, our VIP program for deeper personal transformation, or joining the Awaken Coaches Community if you're already trained. We explain what each path offers and invite you to choose what's right for you.
What makes Awaken different from other coach training organizations?
We start with Love, not skills. We teach transformation from lived experience, not theory. We work in intimate 12-person cohorts, not massive classes. And we believe you don't have to be finished or healed to hold transformational space for others. You just need to know you're held by Love.
Will this course teach me how to coach?
No, this course won't teach you coaching skills or techniques. But it will give you the foundation that everything else is built on: understanding how transformation actually works, and knowing that Love is the ground beneath it all.
