1:1 Mentor Coaching 3-Pack (Plus Competency Review)

To complete your ICF mentor coaching requirement, first-time ACC and PCC applicants, as well as coaches renewing an ACC, need 10 hours of mentor coaching, including at least 3 hours of individual sessions.

This 3-Pack is designed for you if you are seeking focused, one-on-one feedback to refine your coaching craft, or if you already have your group mentor coaching hours completed and only need individual sessions.

Renewing a PCC or MCC? Credential renewal at those levels runs on professional development hours, not mentor coaching hours. You can gather your required hours through your Awaken Community Membership (via Group Supervision, Skills Deepening, Coaching Demos, and Business Building sessions), or by completing our self-paced or in-person courses.

What's included:

  • 3 x 60-Minute Individual Mentor Coaching Sessions: Tailored, one-on-one guidance on your recorded client coaching sessions.

  • 1 x 60-Minute Final Competency Review Session: A dedicated final review call with your mentor coach to assess your coaching against PCC markers and finalize your official competency sign-off (see step 5 in your Awaken Coaches Community Universal Participation tracker).

  • 3 Hours of Direct 1:1 Mentor Coaching: Full credit toward your mandatory 3 hours of individual mentor coaching required by the ICF, plus your dedicated 60-minute Step 5 Competency Review call.

  • Senior Awaken Faculty: Delivered by experienced faculty holding PCC or MCC credentials and the official ICF Mentor Coach Specialization (MCS).

  • PCC Marker Mastery: Feedback is measured against the PCC BARS whether you are working toward your ACC or your PCC. We teach PCC-level presence from day one so you build deep mastery from the start.

  • 6-Month Access Window: Sessions to be used within a six-month period to allow time for integration between calls.

Pricing: €1090/ $1250 per pack

Working toward MCC? Mentor coaching at that level runs through our MCC Pathway programs, with MCC faculty and advanced community support built in.
