Your Awaken path to the ICF MCS or MCS Renewal
You're ready to deepen your mentor coaching mastery. You've earned your PCC or MCC, you've completed the ICF PCC Marker course, and now you're pursuing (or renewing) your Mentor Coach Specialization. This course is built for exactly who you are: an experienced, creative coach who wants to mentor from a place of genuine love, courage, and ethical clarity.
Over 12 hours of live Zoom learning, you'll develop the specific skills that transform good mentor coaching into the kind that creates a ripple effect with the coaches you serve: grounding your mentoring in ethics, tailoring agreements to each coach's unique needs, mentoring the whole human, delivering feedback with fierce kindness, and showing up with presence in group settings.
Between modules, you'll practice with real coaches, record your sessions, and assess yourself according to your new knowledge and insights. You'll also get our proprietary group facilitation guide and game—the exact tools our faculty use—so you don't just learn about brave, loving connection, you experience it.
This is your path to your ICF MCS and to becoming the kind of mentor coach others want to work with. 15 hours total. Pending accreditation as part of Awaken's Level 3 accredited program.
