When I first began coaching, the most common comment my clients would say after a few sessions was a bewildered, "I feel like I just woke up!"

And I knew exactly what they meant - not logically, but at a deep, embodied level.
Because I, too, woke up. And, over time, I called my offer "Awaken Coaching."
It grew out of real experiences, not because I thought it was a cool name.
