Awaken's Mentor Coaching Membership

Your credential matters.

So does becoming the coach you're meant to be.

A 5-month mentor coaching membership that meets your ICF ACC or PCC requirements, and goes far beyond them.

This is for you if...

  • You have some coach training, and you need ICF-accredited mentor coaching hours toward your first ACC credential, your ACC renewal, your PCC credential, or your PCC renewal.

  • You're up against the dreaded ICF "portfolio path" and want help easing the credentialing process with one smooth journey to completion of a Level 1 or Level 2 accredited program.

  • You want mentor coaching to mean far more than compliance.

  • You're hungry to go deeper into the ICF Core Competencies, not just check them off.

  • You believe coaching is a practice of presence, not just technique.

  • You want to belong to a global community of coaches who take this work seriously, and take themselves lightly.

  • You're ready to grow as a coach and as a person, in a community that will meet you where you are.

Your ICF hours are the floor, not the ceiling

Here's everything that comes with your 5-month membership

Christi Byerly MCC, coaches a participant from the Coach Certification Course in Spain, holding the conversation with deep presence

Individual Mentor Coaching

Three individual 60-minute sessions with your assigned mentor coach. You'll submit a recording and transcript in advance, complete a self-assessment against the PCC markers, and arrive ready for rich, honest feedback on your actual coaching. You'll receive credit for your homework hours.

Group Mentor Coaching and Supervision

2–3 live sessions per month with MCC and PCC coaches who hold ICF assessor training. This is where your coaching is witnessed, not just evaluated. Sessions contribute directly to your ICF core competency hours. Mentor coaching sessions are capped at 10 participants. Supervision groups are capped at 5 participants.

Skills Deepening Sessions and Workshops

Monthly sessions designed to stretch and refine your coaching craft, exploring deeply beyond the ICF Core Competencies, practicing techniques in real time, and building the kind of nuanced awareness that separates a good coach from a truly transformational one.

Business Building events

Practical, honest support for building a coaching practice you can actually sustain. Real questions, real answers, from coaches who are doing it.

Peer Coaching

Give and receive coaching with fellow members and Awaken alumni. The best way to understand a competency is to experience it from both sides.

A global community of coaches

One of the things we hear most often from Awaken coaches is that they didn't expect the community. They came for the hours and stayed for the people. Our members span four continents, bring wildly different backgrounds, and share one thing in common: a commitment to coaching that goes deeper than technique. This is the room where that kind of coach belongs

Awaken's mentor coaching program will prepare you for your ICF credentialing exam

At Awaken, we've never believed that becoming a better coach is primarily a question of skill. It's about how deeply you meet yourself.

The coaches who change their clients' lives aren't the ones who've memorized the PCC markers. They're the ones who've done their own work, who know what it feels like to be truly listened to, to be challenged with love, to be seen in their full, glorious humanity, without performance.

Our mentor coaches are MCC and PCC coaches with their own thriving coaching practices, and many with ICF assessor training. They won't just give you feedback on your recording. They'll you into curiosity, with care, about the kind of coach you're becoming.

And the community you'll join isn't a Zoom room full of strangers working toward a shared deadline. It's a living, global gathering of coaches committed to mastery and depth, people who will still be part of your practice long after your credential lands.

Your credential is the door. What's on the other side is worth so much more.

Awaken Coach Institute exists to make the world a braver, more loving place.

We train coaches to listen deeply, to awaken to the power of their own presence, and to be more loving and accepting than they've ever been before.

Awaken Coach Institute is recognized as an ICF-Accredited Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 coaching education provider.

You'll be learning with coaches who've walked this path.

Our mentor coaches are experienced MCC and PCC coaches, many of whom hold ICF assessor training, supervision credentials, and run thriving coaching practices. They won't just guide you through the competencies, they'll show up for you as whole people.

Open to coaches from any ICF-accredited training program. (And let us know if your program wasn't accredited - let's see if we can help you avoid the dreaded "portfolio path".)

Additional 1:1 mentor coaching sessions available at $200 / 60 minutes.

Have questions? We have answers.

Do I need to be an Awaken graduate to join?

No. This membership is open to any coach who has completed 30+ coach training hours through an ICF-accredited program. You're welcome here wherever you trained.

You can send us your certificates if you're unsure whether your previous training counts. If you studied in a non-ICF-accredited training, we may be able to help you avoid the dreaded "portfolio path" to credentialing.

How does this count toward my ICF credential application?

Your 5-month membership includes 7+ hours of group mentor coaching, 3 hours of 1:1 mentor coaching, and 1 performance evaluation — meeting ICF's 10-hour mentor coaching requirement.

You'll receive documentation of all of your hours completed. You can submit your Awaken cewith your credential application.

Mentor coaching and supervision hours count toward the 24 core competency hours required for each credential renewal. Business-building sessions count toward your 16 ICF resource development hours.

Are sessions recorded?

Business-building masterminds, MCC coaching demonstrations, and skills deepening sessions are often recorded, with participant permission. That means that you can still get credit for these sessions by watching the recordings in the community library, and filling out your attendance tracker.

Mentor coaching and supervision sessions are held live, without recordings.

How many coaches are in group sessions?

Group mentor coaching sessions are capped at 10 participants. Supervision groups are capped at 5. This is intentional — Awaken has always believed that real growth happens in an intimate community, not in a crowd.

What's the difference between this membership and booking standalone 1:1 mentor coaching?

Standalone 1:1 sessions give you your individual hours. They are included in this program. This membership gives you the hours inside a living community — with peer coaching, business support, monthly events, and a global network of coaches who will still be part of your practice long after your credential lands. The credential is the floor, not the ceiling.

Is Awaken accredited by the ICF?

Yes. The ICF recognizes Awaken Coach Institute as an Accredited Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 coaching education provider. Our mentor coaching membership is structured to meet ICF's requirements for ACC and PCC credentialing and renewal.

What if I miss a live session? Do my hours still count?

Please let us know in advance if you can't attend, so we can offer your spot to another participant. Mentor coaching and supervision sessions must be attended live, which is why we offer them at different times of the day, the week, and the month.

You can attend other sessions by watching recordings from our growing library of workshops.

What time zones do your sessions accommodate?

Awaken participants tend to range from the West Coast of the Americas all the way to East Africa, India, and beyond. Our faculty hails from four continents.

Can I join at any point, or is there a start date?

Enrollment is rolling — you can join when the time is right for you. Once you join, you'll be connected to the community and the upcoming session schedule immediately.

What if I need more than 3 hours of 1:1 mentor coaching?

Additional 1:1 sessions are available exclusively for members of this community at $200 / €180 per 60-minute session. Contact communitycare@awakencoaching.com to arrange.

Is there a refund policy?

Refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis within the first two months of your membership, depending upon usage of 1:1 mentor coaching sessions. After two months, no refunds are available.

If you are on a payment plan and payments cease, access to the community and all membership benefits will be paused until payments resume.

To discuss a refund or payment query, email communitycare@awakencoaching.com.

You don't have to do this alone

And you don't have to choose between your credential and your growth.

Come do both with us.
